• With the update to the NCAA Baseball/Softball Pitch Clock Rules, the Ref Smart timer will need reprogramming
• After you add this service to your cart and checkout you will be emailed a pre-paid return label to send your timer back
• Once your timer is received, it will be updated to be used with the new NCAA baseball and softball timing rules
• Timers are usually sent out within 1 business day of when we receive it in our warehouse
